원리 및 특징
Ar+ 이온 플라즈마를 이용하여 시편에 조사해 시편의 표면 및 단면을 식각하여 전자현미경 관찰이 가능한 시료 표면 제작
- Polishing, Etching & Coating samples with a single pump down
- Tune low energy milling from 100 eV to 8.0 keV to reduce amorphous layer and increase milling speed
- Permit samples as large as 32 mm in diameter
